We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence in Irvine, CA.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors.
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with pharmacies, healthcare providers, and other potential clients.
Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth within the medical courier industry.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve individual and team sales goals.
Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities and promotional efforts.
Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports for senior management, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings and address any concerns.
Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices to position the company as a trusted leader in medical courier services.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the logistics, healthcare, or medical courier industry.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and closing deals.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales strategy.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
