Job Description
Join Express Courier Services in Irvine as a Sales Manager — lead sales growth and build strong healthcare delivery partnerships. You will be responsible for expanding our client base and driving revenue growth in the Southern California market.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
Lead the sales team in identifying leads, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare administrators and logistics directors.
Collaborate with operations to ensure service capability matches client expectations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics or healthcare.
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Strong networking skills and established contacts in the Southern California healthcare sector.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
